3. Account Registration and Verification

To use the platform, you may be required to sign in using Google OAuth and complete email verification. Email is required for account validation, identity confirmation, operational notices, and security-related communication.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account.
  • If you lose access to your verified email account, you may be unable to complete login or recovery actions until we verify your identity through additional steps.

5. Voting and Records

Voting submissions, receipts, timestamps, and audit records may be retained as part of the service operation and compliance requirements. You are responsible for reviewing all submissions before confirming them. Once a vote or action is submitted, it may not be reversible.

The platform may rely on third-party providers, including Google for OAuth authentication and email service providers for message delivery. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's terms and policies.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if we believe you have violated these Terms, compromised system security, or created legal, operational, or compliance risk.
